Where do your products come from?

Our products are made in the USA!

Is your hemp organic?

Yes! We are proud to inform you that our hemp is organically grown in the USA. OUMA CBD products are vegan, kosher, gluten free, non-GMO, and pesticide free!

What kind of testing do you do?

We have a rigorous testing standard. Each batch of our products are tested by third-party labs to ensure purity and potency, and we only accept products that meet highest standards. You can check out the results by scanning the QR code on each of our products.  


Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Hong Kong. If CBD is legal in your country and you are interested in our products, please get in touch with us at and we will happily assist ✨

How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free delivery on domestic orders over HKD$500! For international queries, please get in touch with us at ✨

When will my order arrive?

Please allow us up to three business days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Generally, your order will be received within 1 to 2 business days after this!


What is your return policy?

We hope you love OUMA as much as we do, but we recognize sometimes things go awry. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at with your order # to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please note goods must be returned unused, clean, and in the original sealed packaging for us to process a refund. 

We do not refund shipping costs when returning items. 

My order arrived damaged - what do I do now?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we will make it right and send you a new one, on us. Please email us at with your order # and we will get back to you.
